    You will need:
    1) small bottle or jar with a stopper
    2) crushed basil
    3) bruised bayberries and the leaves of the plant
    4) Olive oil or any light vegetable oil
    5) A chopstick
    Steps:
    1) Pour a small amount of the oil into the bottle or jar
    2) Next, using a funnel or piece of waxy paper make a funnel, and add equal amounts of crushed basil, bayberries, and bayberry leaves. You may need to use the chopstick to force the ingredients through the funnel into the bottle.
    3) Add oil and ingredients to suit. Stir with the chopstick. The mixture should be just a bit beyond being lumpy—you want to be able to pour it. Use your best judgment. The oil will turn dark—that’s okay—and it should take on the pleasing scent of bayberries. Stir the oil with the chopstick.

    The Ritual:
    You will need:
    1) Athame
    2) A blue, or a white candle (for proper color correspondence—but go with pink if that’s the color you really like)
    3) Incense charcoal (you can get it at most tobacco/incense shops—don’t use regular charcoal the fumes are lethal)
    Do the following:
    1) Go to your altar or some place quiet where you won’t be disturbed.
    2) If you like cast a circle in the fashion you’re used to performing the rite.
    3) Light the incense charcoal, or you can just use regular incense.
    a. When the coal is ready, pour some of the oil you made into the depression in the coal.
    4) Sit quietly in a meditative pose before the candle.
    a. Draw upon the Earth’s energy, concentrating upon your intent and the purpose of the candle.
    b. Feel the energy gathering in your solar plexus chakra.
    c. When you are ready, send this energy to the candle.
    d. Next, inscribe your words of peace, love, harmony, or well-being into the candle.
    e. Taking a bit of the oil you made onto your fingers, dress the candle with it and then pass it through the incense smoke while say, “You are dedicated to the great work.”

Here is a link to a great shop on ebay. While you are there check out there store. They have the most georgeous goddess pendant I have ever seen. Ebay ia a great place to find magical items at great prices. This is especially helpful when you dont live near a new age store.
I dont own this store or anything so dont think im spamming you. If you dont want to buy one you could always try blessing one yourself. Do a little searching and you may find a good incantation or make up your own.

You can take a regular candle and dress it with a magical oil while offering prayers (http://www.luckymojo.com/catalogue.html sells the best oils I think, though http://www.indioproducts.com/webstore/ sells them more cheaply.) That would be the simplest way. Otherwise, you could actually buy a candle making kit and build-in the scents, and also offer prayers and chants while you make the candle itself.
