The answer to your question is simple, yet complex!
I’d like to state first, that when one finally understands the workings of occult practices such as ‘magic’, then those practices no longer become magical/occult/hidden to the practitioner. Knowledge is power for example. Show a backwater tribe a lighter and they think it a magical device – allow them to fully understand the workings and technology behind the lighter and they understand it, so it no longer becomes an object of magic, simply a device using certain, formerly unknown to them, principles!
Now to answer your question:
There are certain ‘rituals’ you must do to progress your desire to find the perfect man into having more possibility of actually finding him. These consist pretty much of plain, mundane and ordinary acts and practices, such as spending a lot of time learning more about yourself(to truly know what you want, for eg), learning some 101 psychology to enable yourself to see through the fascades we(especially us men) always hide behind in social situations, teaching yourself to interpret body language correctly and then simply putting together all these ‘devices’ to enable you to make positive choices when confronted by situations that may include males who could potentially be the ‘one’ for you.
One thing you will HAVE to find out and fully accept, BEFORE you will ever find your ‘perfect man’, is to realise the social conditioning you(we all) have, which pretty much determines what you look for in a man(eg: many women love the ‘bad-boy’ not only because they foolishly think they can change him but because of the human nature of perversity to make one act against what may be best(NOT perversion – two different words – most don’t realise this lol) which in itself is a product of our conditioning!). Once you’ve managed all this, you’ll then be a far more equipped woman to be able to find what you’re looking for and will also have the confidence and ability to take it!
If nothing else, you must always be aware that life REALLY is what you make it. You can get whatever you realistically want from this life – you only have to truly realise that! Ok, once realised, you then need to know HOW to put in effect the things you want…but that’s an essay for another time!!
To summerise:
The more you learn about yourself, the workings of the human animal and how to better yourself, the better success you’ll have at finding your perfect man!
Simple….but complex! A paradox of life lol!!

You can certainly write down the things you would like in a man best beloved, and then do your spell. They are known to be very effective if the intent you put into it is strong. (cosmic ordering)

Definitely that Law of Attraction can not affect the free will of a certain person that is what makes it beautiful about it like a spell that it seems you are making a robot that follow you everything want you want him to do. Use vision board and manifest.

Then you can make a poster or little card that states 3 qualities (you can do five but no more) listed on it. Every day you can meditate on it and using the affirmation “I am love and with love I call on my soul mate” or ” I am love and with love I call on my ideal partner” then allow the feelings of happiness flow through you. Imagine yourself happy with this person and having a healthy relationship.
You can write these qualities on a puppet made of construction paper or just any sheet of paper (that doesn’t contain any lines). Carry it with you or post it somewhere you will see it every morning and meditate with it.
This is every day magick that uses no candles.

I suggest you leave things to fate. When it comes to such matters it is best to be a true believer. We tend to invoke our own will, what we think is best. But we see things dimly as looking in polished brass rather than a clear glass mirror. What we perceive to be the best for us may in fact be a great curse. The order of things will prevail if we only wait on the One who can guide us safely and protect us from our own vanity.
