Question for all who know about Magick/Magic?

I have heard about magick like candle magic and stuff like that,but is there a type of magic where you use wands?Sort of like Harry Potter or something?

No such thing about it go outside and be around nature that’s magic not sitting in a dark room with candles and a wooden stick trying to conjure up something that is just fiction.
Wands are just a stand in for your Will.
Yes and no. You’ll never be able to do the things like in Harry Potter; it’s fictional. However, wands are real. They are used to focus energy in magic(k) and can be homemade.

Spells in reality, for me, are just releasing energy.
Then again, don’t take my word for it. I know nothing about magick. *beginner*

Yes they are used to make music flow and make people play various musical instaments together. Ask a harder question
i agree, outside with nature or angel magick, nothing with wands, except wands made out of crystals ton use on the chakras
Many Witches use wands in their workings but it will only ever be a tool. Here’s the scene: Two people going up a mountain. One wants a clear, clutter free path. One with no stones or sticks lying in their way. The other is nervous about how high up the mountain goes & would prefer a path riddled with stones & sticks to grab onto & help to lever themselves up the path. Magical tools are the stones & twigs. The only real magic is found in Nature, a child’s imagination & in your own power of intent of course.
you may use a wand to focus your energy but no it is not like harry potter were you can chant something and you fly 1000000 feat in the air
Wands are only used to direct energy, like the magical knife (aka: Athame). It doesn’t do anything other than direct the energy to cast a circle. Other than that it sits on the altar until needed again.
Wands are not necessary. Candles are.
