<description>As I have mentioined previously Enochian magic is part of the work carried out by the Order of the Golden Dawn.

The tablets?

Enochian tablets, or tables, are interesting, complicated, and of course magical. They’re the “original” Ouija board. Well… Maybe not quite “original,” since “talking boards” have been around for a very long time. However, the Enochian version are what “real mages” use to talk to angels/demons/daemons what-have-you.

The tables themselves were created through the dynamic-duo of Dr. John Dee and Edward Kelly. (Two-man divinitory ensembles were quite the rage back in the 1500’s well into the 20thcentury – even Joseph Smith used “seer-stones” and a transcriber to dictate the Book of Mormon in much the same manner that Dee and Kelly came up with their “talk to the angels” tablets; where Kelly, using seer-stones dictated what the angels told him while Dee transcribed the whole goings on – hmmm…)

Through the power of the Secret Names in each tablet the general nature of the element involved is filtered through the Tablet into the aura of the seeker. The result is the establishment of a magical link and affinity with the element of the Initiation. This serves to empower the seeker in that new elemental powers are now available to him or her.

Much of the body of the Second Order Enochian Work of the Golden Dawn remains unpublished and in the hands of the College of Adepti

Enochian Magic requires a solid and firm foundation in the study of the Qabalah, Geomancy, Tarot, Alchemy, and Astrology. It is not a toy but a powerful system that should be employed with the same caution a prudent person uses who would handle a loaded gun.

I&#039;ll give you this link http://www.palmyria.co.uk/superstition/enochian.htm
but it is no use without the education in a lodge or order that will support you in the use of any magical system, particularly that of Enochian magic which can be somewhat dense !

I&#039;ve just realised that all of that is about the tablets and that I have yet to mention tools of any sort. I answered a question the other day about tools in ceremonial magic.
Aleister Crowley lists the tools required as a circle drawn on the ground and inscribed with the names of god, an altar, a Wand, Cup, Sword, and Pentacle, to represent his Will, his Understanding, his Reason, and the lower parts of his being respectively. On the Altar, too, is a phial of Oil to represent his aspiration, and for consecrating items to his intent. The magician is surrounded by a Scourge, Dagger, and Chain intended to keep his intent pure. An Oil Lamp, Book of Conjurations and Bell are required, as is the wearing of a Crown, Robe, and Lamen. The crown affirms his divinity, the robe symbolizes silence, and the lamen declare his work. The book of conjurations is his magical record.

Not all of these are used by every CM tradition or school or order.

Enochian magic is commonly worked by practitioners of ceremonial magic (Golden Dawn, OTO, SoL etc.) so the tools would be the same, with the addition of any relevant tablets (paper or board, not wax, not with computers, and photoshop and the like!!)

Hope this helps

<description>Enochian magic is a system of ceremonial magic based on the evocation and commanding of various spirits. It is based on the 16th Century writings of Dr. John Dee and Edward Kelley, who claimed that their information was delivered to them directly by various angels. Dee&#039;s journals contained the Enochian script, and the table of correspondences that goes with it. It claims to embrace secrets contained within the apocryphal Book of Enoch.
The Enochian magic if a very well keeped secrect, in order to know what tools they used you would first have to find Enochians prove to them that you are one of them an then you would have to read the script that only the head is aloud to read. I really dont think anybody outside their circle can give you a valid answer.</description>
